Zimbra Acquires Mezeo to Add Private File Sync-and-Share for Enterprises, Service Providers

Collaboration software provider Zimbra announced on Tuesday that it has acquired a Houston-based software company, Mezeo, that provides secure file sharing and cloud storage services. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
