Website not updating when page republished…

Hi, For the past week or so when I change and republish my index and other pages, they are not updating on the website. Initially I thought it may need a couple of days to catch up, but changes still have not been made and it has been over a week. The page has been republished and says it has done so correctly, but the website even after refreshing and rebooting still has the old published page on it…
