Chinese Anti-Censorship Group GreatFire’s Mirror Sites Suffer Massive DDoS Attack

FCC to Propose New Net Neutrality Rules that Enable Pay-to-Play
The Federal Communications Commission is expected to propose new open Internet rules on Thursday.
