Moving WP to different Directory

Hello all! I’m hoping to consolidate my website (weatherwest.com) due to time constraints. In short, I’m planning to eliminate all my subdirectories/subdomains and use only the root directory (that is, the only page on my site would be at URL www.weatherwest.com ) to host my existing Wordpress blog (currently located at www.weatherwest.com/current_weather ). Site down, 12 hrs and still no response

sub webpages not appearing

I published a index page and it appears “Live” I created another page called “homepage” and published it (it said successful) I then went back to “Index” web page in bluevoda and added a “Nav bar” with one link name called Home.
