SSL certificates

Not sure where to post this one, so ill try here! I have an ssl certifiacte installed and when i click onto that page where its required a popup displays a “Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?”..If i say no the whole page shows.. WordPress and BlueVoda newbie question

Can i download Wordpress on to my home computer without going live as i am really new, obviously, to websiting. I would like to just mess around in Wordpress first to get a feel for it without having to pay anything up front? Adding Google +1 Button

Hi guys I’m trying to insert Google plus 1 button on my page a whole day without any success.
