Can’t delete horizontal line

I am not sure why my first thread was closed as the problem was not solved.. The think is that I can’t get line selected as a single object only when use Ctrl All than it will be selected but if I will try to delet it all my wrk will be deleted..Can anyone help me to solve this problem? Tabs

Can anyone help me I have looked at the tutorials regarding the tabs, however closet one is Go tab, but I do not want the go part on their I want a drop down list similar so when a particular title is clicked on it goes to the page, any help would be much appreciated, I know the other style I have found is similar but still not what I am looking for, can this be done on blue voda? Icon Link (Positive Enhancement)

Is there a way to add some form of positive enhancement when a user clicks an image that’s used as a link? The goal would be to have it perhaps shift 1 pixel up and 1 pixel down then restore to the original position, or have a glow show around the image that flashes on then off, or some other known or standard method.
