ICANN Suspends Brandon Gray Internet Services, Demands it Stop Sending Deceptive Marketing Materials

ICANN has suspended Brandon Gray Internet Services (DBA Namejuice), the company behind the Domain Registry of America, from registering names until Oct. 17, 2014. For the past 10 years, the company has been sending misleading letters to trick users into renewing their domains with the DROA instead of renewing with the company where they bought it from, usually for a much higher fee. Italy Gives Google 18 Months to Comply with User Privacy Regulations
