Dutch Court Throws Out Data Retention Law After Pressure from ISPs, Privacy Rights Groups
Internet service providers in the Netherlands will no longer have to retain customer metadata. Silk Road Founder Convicted of Running Illegal Online Marketplace
Ross Ulbricht has been convicted of all seven criminal charges for his role in deep web marketplace Silk Road.
