Lost – please help and urgent

Hi, I am lost as what to do next. I have an open ticket for my site, which is unusable since yesterday having given my log in details to support (usually fantastic!), i went back to the site to find that I cannot access it at all and the site looks terrible…I got an email saying it was passed to ‘server support’ and have heard nothing since…I have emailed them twice asking for updates but got nothing back! This is not usual as Hank is usually brilliant but right now I have a membership site I nor any of my members can access! Any ideas on what to do…should I email support again?
