IT Managers Question Cloud ROI: Survey

Almost half of IT managers believe that the return on cloud adoption does not meet the investment necessary, according to a survey by West IP Communications. While fifty-four percent said they expect to recoup the entire cost of shifting to the cloud, ROI appears to be a major cloud barrier.
