Fast Track Bill Package Fails House Vote, But Re-Vote Looms

The US House of Congress voted Friday to block President Barack Obama’s Fast Track bill package, which the President could have used to push through the Trans-Pacific Partnership and other trade deals that are unpopular with numerous tech companies and internet activists.
