Digital Rights Groups Urge Lawmakers to Oppose CISA as Senate Vote Approaches

The Electronic Frontier Foundation is upping its efforts this week to get Senators to oppose the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 (CISA) which has been widely criticized for allowing companies to hand over user data to the government without a warrant and for data sharing between government agencies for reasons other than cybersecurity.
