Bulleted list – not displaying as I would like

I am having problems with the bullets in my list. I have published an example page: http://www.hangarart.org/test2.html To make this I have done a green background I have added a bulleted list with 4 elements I have done a right click – and in the properties box, I have changed the colour to white I have changed the text of each item to white No matter what I do – I get black bullets. I have tried with square ones, I have tried changing the size
