Singaporean Telecom Singtel Acquires Cybersecurity Firm Trustwave in $810M Deal

Singtel has reached an agreement to acquire Trustwave to offer end-to-end cybersecurity services to businesses around the world. The companies announced Tuesday night that Trustwave will become a standalone business unit of Singtel. Several sources are reporting that the deal is valued at $810 million.
