I’ve just used BV sitemap generator and I see it forces all upper case characters in the published url to lowercase in the sitemap file – causing google webmaster tools to list the affected urls as 404 (unavailable). Not good for search results. Anyone know if this is a know problem or is there something I’m doing wrong?
